Ink dams (Ink seals for closed chamber, Ink shutters)

  • Custom manufacturing of ink dams according to each customer’s needs.

  • We produce ink seals for all machines on the market.

  • Different hardness levels (SHORE 20 – 40) according to each customer’s needs. Send us a sample, and we’ll design a tailor-made solution.

ANILOX CLEANERS

  • Ease of use. Applied onto the cylinder, left to act, and removed with water.
  • High washing speed. Removes ink within 15 minutes (depending on the cylinder’s condition).
  • Removes all types of inks (water-based, solvent-based, and UV).
  • Harmless to the skin.
  • Biodegradable. After use, it can be poured down the drain as its waste does not contain ecotoxic components.
  • Can be used with the cylinder in the machine as it does not attack metals or photopolymers (tested in a 24-hour immersion), unlike other extremely acidic products.

TRIMMING BLADES

Our trimming blades are manufactured with the best Carbon Steels and Stainless Steels available in the global market. The blades are then tempered and hardened using vacuum heat treatments, achieving very high hardness levels that ensure, among other characteristics, prolonged blade life for all types of industrial processes.

DYNE TEST MARKER PENS

Corona treatment pens

These pens are used to determine if a surface has been pretreated with a corona surface treatment and is suitable for accepting inks, paints, or adhesives.

  • Simple and fast test for 38 dyn (mN/m)
  • Essential for converters
  • Easy to use – like any fiber pen
  • Economical, durable, and reliable
  • Results compatible with DIN ISO 8296 / ASTM D 2578-04a standards

Viscometric cups – Zahn cup

The Zahn cup is used to check and adjust the viscosity of many different types of ink. Each cup has a linked 12-inch handle to allow manual immersion into a container containing the liquid under test. In the center of this handle is a ring to hold the cup in a vertical position during the test.

Zahn cups base their calculation on the time it takes for the material under evaluation to flow through the orifice. All of them come with their original quality certificate.

Extended ink rod

The extended ink rod is used for laboratory testing to determine the coating thickness of ink, substrate penetration, fluid compatibility, and substrate bonding strength. Using these rods allows the technician to perform tests with minimal effort and investment.

Testing ink appearance. This involves considering the hue (color), chroma (strength), and luminosity (lightness to darkness) of the ink.
Color matching and visual assessment testing. This type of testing relates to color characteristics (hue, chroma, and luminosity) and provides comprehensive and continuous specification of color ranges.

Bristle brushes for sleeves

They are used for cleaning photopolymer plates. The natural bristles (horsehair) promote cleaning without damaging the dots of the sleeve, unlike general-purpose brushes.

The bristles are 8 microns thick, providing gentle cleaning on the surface of the sleeve without losing brushing effectiveness.

Thread counter magnifier

Magnifying glass with a graduated scale in millimeters for detailed analysis of small dimensions and quality control.
It is used in printing processes to determine ink quality and color overlap, ensuring that the 4 inks (cyan, magenta, yellow, and black) converge on the same point to form the desired tone.
